TMaker arranges delivery for ready-made products, custom apparel, corporate gifts, event merchandise and bulk orders. Delivery timing and charges depend on parcel size, weight, destination, courier selected and urgency.

Where We Deliver
West Malaysia
Standard parcel delivery, urgent local delivery and bulk carton delivery can be arranged depending on the order size and location.
East Malaysia
Delivery to Sabah, Sarawak and selected areas can be arranged through suitable courier partners.
International Shipping
Overseas delivery can be arranged depending on destination, courier availability, customs requirements and shipment size.
Delivery And Shipping Times
TMAKER warrants that orders will be shipped within 3 weeks after all confirmations are completed. In general, goods may ship within a few days and typical delivery takes 2-4 days after handover to the courier. Express shipping terms may be agreed separately in writing before production or dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel size and weight, delivery location, courier selected and urgency. TMaker will advise the shipping charge before arranging delivery.

MY-SG Cross-Border Trucking: Malaysia and Singapore trucking can be arranged for larger shipments. Full Truckload starts from RM1500 per truck, and Less-than-Truckload starts from RM285 per pallet, subject to confirmation.
Weight Calculation Policy
Courier charges are based on the parcel’s actual weight rounded up to the nearest kilogram.
- 0.8kg will be rounded up to 1kg
- 1.09kg will be rounded up to 2kg
- 1.75kg will be rounded up to 2kg
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once the shipment has been arranged and handed over to the courier partner.
For urgent or event-related orders, please contact TMaker before confirming payment so we can check production availability and delivery feasibility.
Self-Collection
Self-collection may be arranged from our showroom upon confirmation by the TMaker team.

Delivery Issues
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, kindly contact TMaker within 48 hours with photos and order details for assistance.
TMaker is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays or unforeseen logistics disruptions after shipment has been handed over to the courier.
